Our collective goal and unwavering mission at JST Therapy Solutions is to harness and apply this wealth of knowledge and experience to extend a helping hand to those who are in dire need of our assistance. We firmly believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality mental health services, and we are determined to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals who are grappling with various challenges and obstacles.

At JST, we are committed to maintaining a proactive presence in facilities, addressing issues before escalations arise and proactively responding to any emergency mental health needs that may arise. Our goal is to increase patient's overall satisfaction and quality of life.
MEET THE TEAM
JAMAAL JONES, LSCSW
President and Co-Founder
Born in Wichita, I made the decision to return after growing up in Texas to pursue my education at Wichita State University. I earned a master's degree in social work and from there, I was on a mission to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need.

In my capacity as the President and co-founder of JST Therapy Solutions, I have dedicated my career to directly serving individuals who are often overlooked and underserved by society. My passion for therapy is reflected in my commitment to constantly evaluate and enhance my practice methods. I firmly believe in the transformative power of self-discovery and my goal is to guide my clients towards positive life changes. It's my desire to uplift and support others that drives me to create a safe and nurturing environment for patients to heal and grow. My ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds has strengthened my connection to the patient and my personal satisfaction in the work I do.

Through my experience in social services and within my private practice, I have witnessed the myriad of challenges faced by my clients. This continues to motivate me to advocate for their rights and ensure they receive the support they deserve.

QUAYSHAWN TAYLOR, MSW
Vice-President and Co-Founder
I was born and raised in North Carolina before joining the United States Army. After my honorable discharge from the military, I made the deliberate choice to relocate to Wichita, Kansas. My passion for assisting others truly blossomed as I began my efforts to obtain my master's degree in social work from Wichita State University.

Prior to establishing JST Therapy Solutions, I was the proprietor of my own private practice, where I extended support and guidance to individuals through one-on-one counseling. I later held the position of Director of Social Services at Excel Health and Rehab, thereby cementing my desire to continue forward with the mission of JST Therapy Solutions, providing therapy that truly cares. I am profoundly grateful for the opportunity to exert a positive influence on the lives of those in I have the privilege to work with in my role.

Chief Operating Officer
I have been lucky enough to call Wichita home for over 30 years and enjoy spending my time here watching my two young sons grow and enjoy all that the vibrant Wichita community has to offer.

I have been working in the operations, business development and marketing space for nearly 30 years for a variety of industries from retail and design to the financial sector. When introduced to JST Therapy Solutions, I found myself compelled to be a part of the mission. I take great pride in having a chance to provide the operational framework and systems that allow our therapists to live out our core values, providing therapy that truly cares about the individual. I feel lucky to have found a way to combine my personal values with my own personal skills and experience in order to serve our clients.
